I have been privileged to work with clients living through anxiety, depression, burnout, bipolar disorder, ADHD, life transitions and historical trauma. I am pleased to work with adults, adolescents, children, couples, or families. Change is hard but is absolutely worth it. I believe that we all have the strength to change, but sometimes you need a partner for a portion of your journey to walk with you and help you find those strengths again. My approach is collaborative and focused on your goals. Together we will develop a plan drawing from evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy, family systems therapy, feminist therapy, trauma-focused compassionate inquiry, mindfulness, and nature therapy. Meaningful change can be hard work, but it can also be lighthearted and fun. I look forward to sharing those moments with you.
