You have the freedom to select the counsellor for your unique needs. You can either explore our website to discover a counsellor that resonates with you, or schedule a matching call for personalized support in helping you decide which counsellor might be a good fit. 

How do I determine which counsellor is the best fit for me?

You can browse our counsellor bios to see their experience, specializations and personality or schedule a matching call where we'll delve into your preferences and needs, helping you find a good match. 

Is there an opportunity for me to meet or speak with potential counsellors before committing to sessions?

Certainly! We offer a 30-minute complimentary consultation with our counsellors, allowing you to assess compatibility before committing to sessions. 

Can I request a different counsellor if I don't feel comfortable with the one I'm assigned?

Yes.  If you don't feel your current counsellor is the perfect match, please contact our intake team at hello@pharecounselling.com. We're here to help understand your needs and assist in finding a more suitable match for you.
