Everyone is unique, that is why I take a holistic and integrative approach in my practice that includes Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Person-Centred therapy, Narrative therapy, and Solution-focused therapy, based on the needs of my client.


I have worked with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem/identity, grief/loss, and sudden and unexpected life changes.
