I utilize an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each client with the understanding that current and complex issues/challenges are rooted in past experiences, therefore “one size does not fit all.” I work collaboratively with my clients to help them attain better psychological, mental, and emotional well-being as well as providing the nudge to keep them on track towards achieving their life goals. I approach my therapy sessions with creativity, humour and a down-to-earth realistic mindset. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, self-esteem, family estrangement, eating disorder, anger management, difficulties in navigating the transitions in life such as relationship break-up, job loss, motherhood.
