Hello! I am Rachelle. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a long-time yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher and hypnotherapist. I use a holistic, integrative approach, drawing from several modalities while taking into consideration that your body and nervous system must be included when working with your mental and emotional health. I work with clients on their interpersonal challenges as well as those who struggle with anxiety, depression, codependency, and complex childhood trauma. I have experience working with narcissistic abuse, chronic illness and pain, and borderline personality disorder. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can begin to explore aspects of your life that have formed both your strengths and your challenges. Additionally, I offer couples therapy sessions using the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
