Ally began her career in mental health as a youth counsellor for the YMCA, supporting at-risk teens. This taught her that human beings have a deep capacity for healing at their core despite the profound adversity they may have faced.

Mark has worked in child, and adolescent mental health, long-term care, inpatient hospital settings, primary care, outpatient mental health, and is currently working in an outpatient environment with individuals with chronic pain.
Marziyeh has worked with youth/adults and families who have been affected by mental health issues. She is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for all people as they discover their path.
Natalie has recently completed training in perinatal mental health and volunteers with postpartum support agencies. In addition, she has a long work history in social services with individuals of all ages and stages of life.
Sam has been working as a helping professional for over 15 years, and their diverse background gives them unique skills as a therapist to approach complex issues with warmth, competence, curiosity, and empathy.
Sukhjeevan's passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. She helps clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships to know themselves.
